Die Hunde in Nali sind am Verhungern. Ohne Märkte und Touristen geht es ihnen schlechter denn jeh... bitte helft Bawa zu helfen. Spenden auf www.bawabali.com oder www.tierschutz-bali.com . Danke!BALI'S STARVING ANIMALS NEED SUPPORT
Bali is in the midst of our toughest lockdown restrictions yet. Beaches, tourist attractions, and many markets, warungs, cafes, and restaurants are either partially or totally closed.
Many people are now unable to go to work and earn money and can no longer afford to feed their pets. Meanwhile, for the animals on the streets, beaches, and remote villages who rely on leftover food scraps from passersby, life is getting harder by the day.
We can't stand to see them all go hungry, knowing that with enough funding, we would have the power to help.
BAWA is desperately seeking more support for our Street Feeding Program in the form of food donation drops, online orders shipped to our address, pet store purchases left in BAWA’s name for pick-up*, donations in cash, PayPal, or bank transfer, or simply sharing our call for help.
They are relying on us now more than ever.
Please help us in any way you can, and please share.

Armer Hund - ein alter Bruch. Zum Glück hat BAWA ihn aufgenommen. Danke euren Spenden kann ihm nun geholfen werden. MERCI allen, die daran teil haben!FROM A SEVERE BREAK… TO A LUCKY BREAK
Beans, Weber, Sahul, Elion, Shadow, Charlie, Diella, Yowie, Kacang, Molly, Wallace, Ayuk, and Lucky. These are the names of all the animals who have been admitted to clinics in less than a week.
Today, meet Lucky. We call him Lucky Break.
We call him that because one, we have had far too many dogs named ‘Lucky’ over the years, and two, despite this little pup’s VERY bad break, luck is still on his side!
He was lucky to be spotted by a local man, trying (and struggling) to get around with a crushed front leg. The top side of what used to be his ankle joint was grazed, raw, and caked with dirt from being used to stand and walk, and though Lucky Break was still able to put his paw down to rest, structurally, the leg was useless. The man called the BAWA Ambulance to get Lucky Break to a clinic for urgent amputation surgery.
But his luckiest break of all is that when all of this is over, Lucky Break will have a proper, permanent home to go back to, with the kind and caring man who found him.
As you know, Lucky Break was just one of many who arrived under BAWA’s since the weekend, and our bills are soaring.
We hate to keep asking, but we just can't do it alone. Please donate anything you can to help us pay for Lucky Break's surgery and the medical bills for the many lives we are all saving together.

URGENT - STREET FEEDING PROGRAM ALMOST AT A STANDSTILL!
Animals around the island remain unable to find enough food scraps to survive on daily and are relying solely on the relief provided by BAWA's Street Feeding Teams to stay alive.
⚠️ BAWA has hit a crisis point. Incoming donations are merely a fraction of what they were pre-COVID, and we are now having to make tough decisions about how to allocate our limited resources across all programs.
For months now, we have not been receiving enough donations to properly fund our fleet of Street Feeding Teams, but we have kept them all on the ground as long as we possibly could.
Our teams at the Mount Agung Volcano and in Amed on Bali's arid east coast is still running with the help of FOUR PAWS Australia, but we need help reaching the other areas where the dog population is so high and the food resources almost nil, such as the remote Muntigunung region, and the empty beaches along the south-east and north coasts.
Now, with partial lockdown restrictions imposed in Bali and beaches and tourist attractions closed, life is even harder for these animals who depend solely on us for their survival, and it’s heartbreaking to watch them starve, knowing with as little as $1 per day we can keep a dog alive.
Whether it is physical food drops in person to our office, online orders shipped to our address, pet store purchases left in BAWA’s name for pick-up*, or donations in cash, PayPal, or bank transfer - whatever help you can offer, please, we need it now.
🙏 BUY A BAG OF DOG FOOD: $30
🙏 PROVIDE 100 LIFE-SAVING MEALS: $50
🙏 FEED A MAMA DOG AND HER LITTER OF FIVE FOR A MONTH: $90
The situation in Bali remains dire, and animals are still starving. We must make this clear - only you can help us to stop it.
Please give generously, and please share with your family and friends.

Over the last five weeks, we have asked for your help to raise $10,000 to fund BAWA's Animal Ambulance - the life-saving last hope for hundreds and thousands of sick and suffering animals all around Bali who have no access to medical care.
Now, entirely thanks to you, they will get it.
Not only did you hit the target and provide full funding for the team for the month of July, but you have also continued to give generously and even SURPASSED our goal by over $2,500. This means that 25% of the Ambulance Teams expenses for the following month are already met, guaranteeing life-saving assistance to more animals in need.
We really can't tell you how much it means to us to have people like you who believe in BAWA and the work that we do.
Because of you, so many lives will be saved, and so many animals will no longer suffer from the pain they are living in and will be able to live healthier, happier lives.
From the bottom of our hearts and on their behalf, we thank you.
